School Board/School Support Organization Operating Agreement
Anderson County Board of Education (hereafter, ACBOE) and name of School Support Organization* (hereafter, the SSO) agree to the following in order to meet the requirements of ACBOE Policy 2.404.
1. The SSO agrees to abide by any board policies and procedures applicable to school support organizations.
2. The SSO agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ACBOE, the director of schools, and other personnel and agents of Anderson County Schools for any and all actions of the SSO.
